1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded via the website https://wakeloop.com with Wake Loop. Any differing conditions proposed by the customer are expressly rejected unless agreed to in writing.
A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that fall outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. An “entrepreneur” is a natural or legal person acting within their professional or business capacity.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The subject of the agreement is the sale of wristbands and related accessories.
Product listings on our website represent a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement under the conditions described.
The agreement is concluded via the online shopping cart process. After reviewing your order details and selecting shipping and payment options, the contract becomes effective when the “Checkout” button is clicked. For direct payment methods (e.g., PayPal), the customer may first be redirected to the provider’s payment page.
The customer must provide a valid and functioning email address. Order confirmation and further communication will primarily be handled via email.
3. Payment
We offer several payment methods, including iDEAL, PayPal, and Klarna (Pay Later). Available options may vary by country and are shown during checkout.
When paying via Klarna, the payment period is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is sent by email once the product is shipped.
4. Right of Retention & Retention of Title
The right of retention only applies to claims arising from the same contractual relationship.
The goods remain the property of Wake Loop until full payment has been received.
5. Warranty & Complaints
Legal warranty rights apply to all products.
We recommend checking the product for defects or shipping damage upon receipt. Report any damage within 7 days to info@wakeloop.com.
6. Applicable Law
Only Dutch law applies to all agreements. For consumers, this only applies to the extent it does not deprive them of the protection provided by mandatory legal provisions in their country of residence.

8. Dispute Resolution Platform

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Contract Language and Storage
Contracts may be concluded in Dutch or English.
The full contract text is not stored separately by Wake Loop. Customers may print or save the order details before finalizing the purchase.
10. Product Characteristics
The essential characteristics of each product are clearly listed on the respective product page in the webshop.
Safety Notice:
For all wearable devices, users are responsible for monitoring their own comfort and skin condition. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Loop One is intended solely for general wake-up assistance and is not designed for medical or emergency purposes. Users with known sensitivities to silicone or electronic wearables should consult a physician before use.
11. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices include VAT.
Shipping costs are listed separately during checkout.
For orders outside the EU, additional import duties or taxes may apply.
Any banking fees for international payments are the customer’s responsibility.
12. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
For consumers, the risk of loss transfers only upon actual delivery of the product.
Charging & Handling Advisory:
If charging accessories are purchased separately, only official Wake Loop–approved adapters should be used. The device must be inserted directly into a USB wall adapter as indicated in the instructions. Do not charge the device while wearing it or while sleeping. Customers are responsible for using compatible USB power sources and ensuring the device is not left in unsafe environments while charging. Discontinue use immediately if the product shows signs of damage. Wake Loop is not liable for damage resulting from improper charging practices, use with unapproved USB adapters, or misuse of the charging method.
13. Liability
Wake Loop is not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or consequential damages unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Use of the website and services is at the user’s own risk.
Product Use Disclaimer:
By using our products, the customer acknowledges that results may vary depending on individual habits and conditions. Wake Loop is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, personal modifications, or continued use of a damaged device. Our products are not intended to replace medical devices or be relied upon in situations where precise timing is critical.
14. Changes
Wake Loop reserves the right to change prices, services, or website content at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed about such changes via the website.
