Processing Time

Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays.

📦 Example: If you place an order on Monday, your package will typically be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link. Please note: it may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to become active.

Wake Loop is not responsible for any delays caused by external shipping carriers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

My package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe. What should I do?
Please contact us within 21 days of shipment. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Inquiries after this period may no longer be possible.

I entered the wrong address or want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@wakeloop.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address or cancel the order.

My product arrived damaged. What now?
Please email us within 30 days of receipt and include clear photos of the damaged product. We’ll send a free replacement or provide an appropriate solution.
