Returns

At Wake Loop we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to always have the best experience possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, so we’ve designed tailored solutions to ensure a smooth process whenever you require assistance.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or your order number.
Please do not return your purchase to the sender’s address, as all returns are processed through our central warehouse.

*Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning their item, as these costs are not covered by Wake Loop.*

Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds (if applicable):
• Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery


Product Safety and Sensitivities

We care deeply about your comfort and well-being. The Loop One wristband is made from premium, skin-safe materials suitable for daily wear. However, sensitivities and skin reactions can vary from person to person.

If you choose not to use the product due to a personal reaction or sensitivity, you may return it in its original condition within 60 days.
Please note that Wake Loop cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities, and no compensation or reimbursement will be provided for such cases.


60-Day Trial Guarantee

To be eligible for a refund under our 60-day satisfaction trial, please follow these steps:

  1. Use The Loop One wristband for at least 30 days
  2. Document your experience, including photos or short videos
  3. Contact us at info@wakeloop.com, including your documentation and a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied
  4. Our team will carefully review your request and respond within 4 business days, confirming approval and providing return instructions for our central warehouse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days (processing times may vary depending on your payment provider).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing delay
  4. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@wakeloop.com.

Replacements

We only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect or arrive damaged.
If your wristband arrives defective or malfunctioning, please contact us at info@wakeloop.com and include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
